Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply when you use https://dootly.co.in or join the Dootly early-access waitlist. The site is operated by Gaurav Chavhan, an individual based in Pune, Maharashtra, India (“Dootly”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
01About the site
Dootly is an AI assistant in development that will make phone calls and handle everyday tasks for you. Today the site describes the product and collects early-access sign-ups. The example calls, businesses, prices and results shown on the site are simulated and for illustration only.
02The early-access waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t create an account or any obligation to buy.
- A place on the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access. We invite people gradually and choose who to invite.
- Features, timing, prices and availability may change before launch.
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
- Only sign up yourself, or someone who has agreed to be contacted by us.
When Dootly starts making calls or charging for its service, separate terms will apply, and you will be asked to accept them before you use it.
03Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or someone else’s details without their permission
- Send spam, automated or bulk submissions
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- Copy or reuse the site’s content or design for a competing product
04Our content
The Dootly name, logo, text, designs and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal use; any other use needs our written permission.
05Privacy
How we handle the details you give us is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
06No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or that any described feature will launch.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Dootly develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
